You can exchange any product within 3 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the fit or size.

Eligibility

Product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

All original tags and packaging must be intact

Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

Exchange Charges & Price Difference Policy

A ₹100 exchange fee will be applicable on every exchange

If the exchanged product is higher in price, the customer must pay the price difference + ₹100 exchange fee

If the exchanged product is lower in price, the difference amount (after deducting ₹100 exchange fee) will be issued as store credit

Store credit can be used for future purchases and is non-refundable

Exchange Process

Raise an exchange request from your order page or contact our support team.

Our team will review the request within 48–72 hours.

After approval, a reverse pickup will be arranged.

Once the returned item is received and verified, the replacement product will be shipped.

The entire exchange process may take up to 10 business days.
