Exchange & Store Credit Policy

No Returns

We do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered.

If you are not satisfied with the size, fit, or have received a different item than expected, you may request an exchange or opt for a store credit voucher, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

• Products that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted

Exchange Charges

• A ₹100 exchange processing fee will be applicable on every exchange request.

• If the new product is priced higher than the original order, the customer must pay:

  • The price difference, plus

  • The ₹100 exchange fee

• If the new product is priced lower than the original order, the remaining amount (after deducting the ₹100 exchange fee) will be issued as store credit.

Store Credit Voucher

If you choose not to exchange your product, you may opt for a store credit voucher equal to the eligible value of your order (after applicable deductions, if any).

• Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

• It can be redeemed on any future purchase made on our website.

• Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Exchange Process

1. Raise an exchange request through your order page or contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.

2. Our team will review the request within 48–72 hours.

3. Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged (where service is available).

4. After the returned product passes quality inspection, the replacement item will be shipped or the store credit voucher will be issued.

5. The complete process may take up to 10 business days, depending on pickup and delivery timelines.

Important Notes

• We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

• All approved return requests are settled only through product exchange or store credit voucher.

• The company reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the above eligibility criteria.
